Julius "Juice Box" Walker (6-0) is one of the best LHW prospects on the regional scene right now. Julius is an explosive volume striker with a high guard. The biggest positive I notice in him so far is how efficiently he uses his size against his opponents, actually similar to Tallison Teixeira, but Julius has better striking defense, lol. He also has good grappling. He initiates with the cage push, then either shoots a takedown or sweeps opponents to the ground. He's facing #15 ranked Alonzo Menifield (15-5-1), who is coming off of 2 KO losses in a row. It will be a tough task, but I think Walker is up to it if he exploits Alonzos' tendency to be sloppy on the feet. My current pick is Walker via early finish or maybe actually winning his first decision in his UFC debut, I think he has all the tools and the right pace, and that gives me confidence in him.
