Robert Valentin🇨🇭 (10-4) dominated most of TUF 32 and even garnered himself a viral KO but lost in the finale of the middleweight tournament. He is a powerful and versatile orthodox striker who prioritizes elbows and kicks. He is an underrated grappler who utilizes takedowns and sweeps to chase brutal ground & pound or the back where he looks to secure rear naked chokes. But I worry about Robert because, as shown by Loder, he doesn't have good takedown defense and is suseptible to pressure on the feet and ground. Very good at being the hammer but not the nail. Torrez Finney🇺🇸 (10-0) is FINALLY making his UFC debut after a 3-0 stint in DWCS spanning from October of 2023 to October of 2024. He is a small Middleweight standing at 5'8" but has made up for it with his athletics and skill so far in his career. On the feet, Torrez is a powerful and skilled striker who prioritizes overhands in close but struggles at range due to his size. His bread and butter is the ground game where he utilizes takedowns to acquire top control and reign down ground & pound. Valentin is dangerous but I think Finneys grappling is too strong and he will TKO Robert in RD1.
