Alonzo Menifield🇺🇸 (16-5-1) is a solid striker who uses his notable speed and power to make up for his tendency to be untechnical and hurt opponents. I think Alonzo has some pretty underrated grappling all around. He has good takedown defense and, when brought down, always puts a lot of effort into working his way up. Offensively, he has good strong takedowns and uses top control to set up for his heavy ground & pound. It's not as common as his other tools in his game, but he can snatch up submissions like the rear naked, guillotine, and even a Von Flue once. Oumar Sy🇫🇷 (11-0) is a good grappler who uses his long frame and powerful shots on the feet to set up his ground game. He has great takedowns, specifically his double legs, and when on top has heavy ground & pound that he uses to either finish the fight or open up his patented submission, the rear naked choke. I have to mention that in my eyes his stock went down after his last fight with Da Woon Jung. My pick is Menifield by decision. Sy is 29 but still not very experienced in the UFC and I think Alonzo is going to bring pressure he hasn't dealt with before and win on points through veteran maxxing.
