One gym I think people should keep an eye on right now is GOR MMA in Moscow, Russia. They’ve quietly been producing a lot of high-level talent recently and it feels like we’re only starting to see the beginning of it. Some fighters you might already recognize from the gym include Sergei Pavlovich, Valter Walker, Shara Magomedov, and Bogdan Guskov. That’s a pretty solid group across multiple weight classes. What’s interesting though is that there are also several prospects coming out of that gym who haven’t made it to the UFC yet but look very promising. If their current trajectory keeps up, we could easily see more fighters from GOR MMA entering the UFC over the next few years. Feels like this could be one of those gyms that people start talking about a lot more soon. Definitely one I’ll be watching closely.
