Danny Barlow🇺🇸 (9-0) is a powerful striker who uses his 79-inch reach to efficiently throw 1-2's, crosses, and counters to disrupt opponents' momentum on the feet. I like how, in moments, he uses his inside and low leg kicks specifically to target the knees. People weren't impressed by his split decision win over Veretennikov but people forget he broke his arm in the first and the bout was on short notice. He's had about 4 months now to make adjustments and improvements on what he's already good at. Sam Patterson🇬🇧 (12-2-1) is a solid striker who throws combinations with snap on the punches he just pulls back as his way to avoid strikes similar to Israel Adesanyas problem. Sam will have to bring it to the ground if he wants to win this bout, using his BJJ combined with his long limbs to chase submissions. Overall, I think Barlow is one of the most underrated at 170, and he gets it done via RD2 TKO, or unanimous decision.
