Match #1 – Victor Henry - I have never heard of this henry guy, so I see an easy win for Bryce with some standup and ground action, this guy got subbed by Jourdain and no-contested by Javid bashrat. Prediction – Bryce R2 sub (RNC) Ultimatum – contract - Bryce will hit the end of his contract with a win or loss over Henry, if the UFC cuts him regardless, I have no say, but I think a nice finish here will keep him in especially if he can prove himself to the UFC and the fans Match #2 – Farid Bashrat - While Bashrat has obvious ground skill, I don’t see him getting by an experienced vet like the decision master, I see a heavy grappling fight that will leave Bryce with a number by his name. Prediction -Bryce UD Match #3 – Deiveson Figueiredo - This will be a coin flip for me, while Deiveson does have the experience and legacy, he is also way past himself and I see Bryce getting in on him but ultimately not doing enough to stop figgy. Prediction – Figueiredo Decision(split) Match #4 – Payton Talbott - After learning his lesson with Deiveson, Bryce will be back stronger than before and with a more refined gameplan, while Talbott has his way on the feet, the ground game is relatively untested for him and Bryce will exploit and punish him, with a weird win over Cejudo for his rank, Talbott will not be ready for a heavy ground fight. Prediction – Bryce UD Match #5 – Mario Bautista - This will be the closest of his fights as Bautista can match Bryce on the ground and stand with him on the feet, but with more confidence and closer than ever, Bryce will be ready and better than Mario and deliver on him. Prediction – Bryce decision(split) Match #6 – Sean O’Malley - This is a title contention fight, the winner gets the champ, and it is a horrible mismatch, Bryce is heavy on the ground and Suga can’t seem to get off it. All it will take is one takedown and Sean will spend his stamina fighting an uphill battle while Bryce will capitalize on it, I see O’Malley spending his stamina trying to gramby roll to top half guard and get met with a sneaky twister. Prediction – Bryce R3 Sub(twister) Match #7 – Title Fight - This matchup will vary heavily as we see Yan get tested for whether his win was a one fight hunger or if he really did turn around, because of that, anyone in the top 5 could become champ off anyone, so I will just say predictions. Yan(Bryce Decision(split), Merab(Merab UD), Sandhagen(Bryce R2 sub(guillotine), Umar(Umar UD), Yadong or lower(Bryce R1 TKO) The highlighter line is the path im following with pink meaning win streak and orange meaning loss, also pay attention to the numbers in the corner of the center box as I used that to tidy up line and path management for wins and losses in complicated spots and hopefully this all comes true 🤞.
