Trouble signing up or logging in?

Trying to sign up but receiving any email?
  • Please check your username is greater than 4 characters and doesn't contain special characters or spaces.

  • Check your spam folder, and filters for emails from [email protected] Add [email protected] to your email contact list, and send yourself another link.

  • Should the issue still persist contact us at [email protected] with your username and the email you're trying to sign up with.

Trying to login but not received any email?
Trying to login/sign up but the link doesn't open in the app?
  • All email links are valid for only 30 minutes. Send yourself another link if the time has passed.

  • Some email clients do not open links to a different app, try a different email client or web browser when trying to open the link. On iOS: occasionally reinstalling the app and restarting the device will fix the issue due to an OS bug.

  • Should the issue still persist contact us at [email protected] with your username and email you are trying to sign up or login with
