What happens when there's a point deduction?

Score the round as you see it and we'll deduct the point for you. For example, if you thought Conor McGregor won a round 10-9 against Nate Diaz but McGregor was deducted a point, score the round 10-9 for McGregor and we'll deduct the point making the round a 9-9.
