- Why can't I withdraw my full balance?
On the withdrawal screen you can see your withdraw-able balance at the top. It may differ from your actual balance.
The reason being that by default you are only able to withdraw your winnings from Verdict Tournaments. You are not by default able to withdraw newly deposited funds. If you've made a mistake, that's okay, the support team will help you get back your newly deposited funds. We understand that this happens.
We don't allow players to withdraw newly deposited funds because it makes it easier for bad actors to use our system for Money Laundering, specifically layering. You can read more about this over here.
