Regulators require us to ensure that we know our userbase. Our systems go through periodic scans to prevent fraud and bad actors from using our systems. These scans and checks are implemented to ultimately protect our players at the end of the day. We prefer to implement a system that has slightly more false positives than having bad actors slip through the cracks.
