Bo Nickal is one of the biggest prospects inside the UFC right now. He capitalized heavily on his hype with his last performance, making his UFC debut on the main card of UFC 285 against Jamie Pickett. He would quickly secure a takedown and submit Pickett in the first round, growing his stock even more. Nickal has an excellent wrestling pedigree, with an NCAA Division I Record of 120-3. He'll be looking to use these skills to earn another quick finish against Tresean Gore.
Tresean Gore had a rough start in the UFC but recently secured his first promotional win, which was violent. After a 2-0 stint on The Ultimate Fighter season 29, Gore would be forced out of the finals due to sustaining an injury. However, in his UFC debut, he faced the TUF 29 winner, Bryan Battle, but he came up short by decision. After suffering another loss to Cody Brundage via TKO, "Mr. Vicious" bounced back and lived up to his nickname, defeating Josh Fremd with a violent guillotine choke. He'll look to start building a winning streak inside the promotion by using his dangerous striking in this matchup.
