The fight was close in the first round, with both fighters finding success on their feet, but in the second round, the rhythm changed to Curtis. "The Action Man" landed a hook towards the end of the round, which rocked Allen badly, and Curtis could close to show with a barrage of punches and knees.
Since then, Chris Curtis has gone 3-2-1NC in the UFC, trading wins and losses. On the other hand, Brendan Allen has enjoyed a six-fight winning streak, including five finishes. This rematch will show the fans Allen's progress over the last two years.
