Conor McGregor will return to reality television in anticipation of his return to the octagon as Severe MMA has reported he is set to coach on the next season of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF).

This would be McGregor's second time going on TUF, as he coached back in 2015 on season 22 against Uriah Faber. That season featured his former friend Artem Lobov as well as Ryan Hall, who would eventually win the season.

His opponent has yet to be announced, although they will likely be fighting at the end of the season based on past TUF seasons. Many names have been thrown out there, but Michael Chandler or Tony Ferguson would make the most sense as the two are relatively close to McGregor in the rankings and have the option of fighting at Welterweight or Lightweight.

McGregor is looking to bounce back from his second loss to Dustin Poirier back at UFC 264, in which he suffered a broken leg that has left him unable to compete since.

Let us know who you think his opponent could be in the comments below!
