From Shane Burgos to Francis Ngannou, Claressa Shields to Amanda Serrano, and now Derek Brunson, the Professional Fighters League (PFL) has just completed another massive signing. Ali Abdelaziz first announced this, and Brunson later confirmed it.
Derek Brunson (23-9 in MMA) has been a longtime veteran of the UFC, joining the promotion in 2012. After an eleven-year run that saw him claim notable victories over Darren Till, Uriah Hall, Kevin Holland, and Lyoto Machida, Brunson has exited the UFC to join the PFL.
The oddsmakers are always confident in Israel Adesanya.

The former Middleweight contender not only announced his move to the PFL but also to the Light-Heavyweight division. Across thirty-two professional fights, Brunson has never missed weight, but he's moving up to Light-Heavyweight to compete in the million-dollar tournament.
