Per the UFC broadcast, Derrick Lewis has unfortunately been pulled from his main event spot vs. Sergey Spivak tonight and the fight is off. It was revealed that he was hospitalized this morning and withdrew due to illness. We wish the best to him and his team who counted on him.

The co-main event between Ion Cutelaba and Kennedy Nzechukwu has been bumped up to the headliner spot and will remain a 3-round fight. The card now looks like this:
