"@Dana White no bullshit, no politics, no nonsense. Give me Prochazka and I'll give you the biggest MMA fight in Europe's History. Unlike him I always keep my word." - Jan Blachowicz via Twitter

This tweet came from former UFC Light Heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz (29-9) earlier today. He demanded a fight with Prochazka and insinuated that the champion did not keep his word. He was referring to an interview where Prochazka said he only wanted to fight the toughest challenges, as that was the samurai way. However he, later on, would say that he believes Blachowicz was a harder fight for him than Glover Teixeira, but would rather rematch the latter to right the wrongs of their 1st fight.

Blachowicz took this personally and called it a violation of the samurai code. He believes he is the rightful number 1 contender and that Jiri is intentionally avoiding him. Another top Light Heavyweight, Magomed Ankalaev (17-1), had some words for Blachowicz:

"I already accepted to fight (Jan Blachowicz) New York, Vegas, doesn't matter . . . You lose your last 2 fights. A title shot is earned not given @Dana White cannot save you from me @Mick Maynard (UFC matchmaker) don't let this guy run from me. I'm going to stop this guy." - Magomed Ankalaev via Twitter

Magomed Ankalaev defeated Anthony Smith by 2nd round TKO at UFC 276 and has built up a 9-fight win streak inside the octagon. Naturally, he would not take lightly to someone believing that they should be ahead of him in the title conversation.

Blachowicz's last fight was called a 3rd round TKO over Aleksandar Rakic, however, there was controversy attached. The TKO came by way of injury as Rakic tore his ACL in the fight. Fans are split as to whether or not the win was deserved, but Blachowicz firmly believes he earned it along with a title shot.

Will Blachowicz get his title shot or will Magomed Ankalaev get his wish, and which would the Verdict Community rather see?
