It was a dream return to the octagon for Jasmine Jasudavicius this weekend at UFC 297, where the Canadian fighting out of Ontario put on a masterclass performance against Priscila Cachoeira.
Jasudavicius was on point from the opening round, immediately taking down "Zombie Girl" and landing heavy ground and pound strikes. In the second round, Jasudavicius dropped Cachoeira and continued to dominate her. The third followed with much of the same, setting the record for UFC Women's Bantamweight strike differential, landing 281 more strikes. After a dominant third round, Jasudavicius locked up an anaconda choke, which, with Cachoeira bloodied and battered from a fourteen-minute survival battle, tapped to almost immediately.
The Canadians are now 1-1 for the card. How did you rate her performance at UFC 297? Let us know in the comments below.
