In a recent exchange of words online, the current Heavyweight WBC and Ring Magazine Champion Tyson "The Gypsy King" Fury, found himself in an altercation with star UFC commentator Joe Rogan, and Jon Jones has come to the aid of Rogan following a nasty verbal assault from Fury.
It all started on Rogan's podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, where Rogan and his guest, Andrew Schulz, discussed who would win in a bout between Fury and Jones if the two were locked in a room together. Although Rogan recognized that Fury is a remarkable boxer, he admitted that the bout would not be close and that Jones would quickly emerge victorious.
Tyson Fury, who's been taking one of his regular social media breaks since fighting Derek Chisora in December 2022, broke the silence today to respond to the claims of Rogan. Visibly annoyed at the remarks, Fury had this to say.
