Oban Elliott is developing a reputation for comebacks after surviving an early scare to win his UFC debut at UFC 298 via unanimous decision.
The fight started with a wild exchange after Elliott landed a big head kick and Woodburn responded with a big combination that dropped Elliott badly. Elliott then scored a takedown and controlled the rest of the round with several submission attempts. Round two saw Elliott do more grappling to control Woodburn and dominate the round. Third round was more of the same with Woodburn being clearly tired and Elliott taking dominant positions on the ground.
