Gonzalez is a former American Greco-Roman National Team member and a six-time Greco-Roman All-American. He has excellent takedown ability and transitions quickly on the ground, often using slam takedowns to get the fight to the mat. He transitions quickly on the ground and is particularly dangerous if he can take his opponent’s back, and will constantly pursue a finish with submissions or ground-and-pound. Gonzalez is in perpetual motion when grappling, always looking to advance position but never putting himself in dangerous spots. On the feet, he has fast hands and faster kicks, proven when he scored a 36-second head kick knockout over Saad Awad in 2021.

Rohskopf is a former collegiate wrestler and, like his opponent, won’t waste much time on the feet before attempting a takedown. When striking, he’ll often throw plenty of looping shots and hooks but usually won’t wait too long before shooting for another takedown. Using his striking to get into the clinch, Rohskopf often secures takedowns from in close and then does an excellent job of controlling his opponents on the mat. He has devastating ground and pound, proven in his first-round finish of Jeff Creighton. Making great use of wrist control, Rohskopf is always looking to end the fight and is an exhaustive grappler, often gassing out his opponents with drowning top pressure.
