Feel like this hasn’t been talked about a lot recently so I decided to make an updated version after UFC 329. RDA and Tony are interchangeable since RDA actually had the title but Tony has a win over RDA. Yes Jens pulver is over DP. BJ Penn fought a bunch of cans during his Lightweight run and is no where near anybody above him.
