Ahead of his matchup with Movsar Evolev, Arnold Allen talked about Georges St. Pierre's impact on his martial arts career. Having trained at the same gym since early in his UFC career, he heaped praise onto the all-time great, crediting him for being in the position he is in today.

Allen also mentioned that GSP was the reason he initially went to train at his current gym, Tristar MMA. Allen will open the main card this weekend at UFC 297 against fellow ranked Featherweight Movsar Evloev.
