Masvidal's last time fighting outside the cage was when he punched Colby Covington in a hit-and-run in Miami after their fight. He remained cordial with past opponents like Ben Askren, Nate Diaz, and Kamaru Usman, even when there was bad blood. This wasn't the case with Covington, who brought his wife and kids into their pre-fight trash talk and buildup. Their fight wasn't as heated as the trash talk, with Colby dominating the vast majority.
Holland's biggest scandal took place when he got into a fistfight with Khamzat Chimaev backstage last year at UFC 279. The brawl saw the entire card re-shuffle, with Chimaev facing Holland after his main event with Nate Diaz got scrapped.
Unfortunately, Holland was submitted in round 1, and nothing came of the situation.
