UFC 289: Nunes vs Aldana

An event that was supposed to feature the trilogy between Amanda Nunes and Julianna Peña had to be reshuffled following a pullout from Peña. Mexican contender Irene Aldana stepped in on short notice in an attempt to dethrone Nunes, who looked ferocious in her rematch with Peña. Charles Oliveira also looked to bounce back from his submission loss to Islam Makhachev against Beneil Dariush.
