Beneil Dariush vs. Arman Tsarukyan headlined in Austin, with the event moved from an originally targeted Minneapolis plan. The co-main also saw a major late change, as Dan Hooker withdrew with a broken arm and was replaced by Jalin Turner, shifting the bout back to three rounds. Deiveson Figueiredo also moved up the Bantamweight division after losing the title to Brandon Moreno earlier in the year. This event is considered one of the best FN cards of 2023.
