Brady Hiestand vs Rinya Nakamura

Hiestand knows exactly what he wants and that is to take Nakamura down and give him no space to work. Nakamura is a great athlete though and is able to scramble up and away. Nakamura starts head hunting and moving forward. Nakamura has to stay ready to defend wrestling and because of that does take a few nice shots from Hiestand. Nakamura’s boxing and leg kicks are landing well though. He does a good job with his urgency during grappling moments. They traded back and forth quite a bit and while Nakamura probably had the better of it they both landed well. To start round two Hiestand is landing very well and forces a takedown from Nakamura which he stuffs. He transitions from the from headlock position to a nice and deep darce choke. Nakamura is able to roll and wrestle out of it getting up and pushing Hiestand into the fence. He lands some nice strikes before they break and he puts his foot on the gas pedal. Hiestand recovers and get the clinch forcing some scrambles out of Nakamura who gives his back to Hiestand. A deep rear naked is locked in quickly. Nakamura wants to tough it out somehow but cannot. He taps and Hiestand gets the submission win.
