Raul Rosas Jr. vs Jay Perrin

Rnd 1: Exchanged some strikes but Rosas Jr. quickly going for a takedown, relentless with it and gets it. Dominated from there and got the back to finish the fight. Resume: Rosas Jr. showed some slick grappling, looked strong and clearly the better wrestler. Pretty relentless with his wrestling and going for subs. Looked a bit uncomfortable in the striking defensively but light on his feet Perrin seemed a bit more comfortable in the striking but had no answer on the ground.
