After nearly 1 month on the road, the Octagon will return to the Apex for UFC Fight Night: Luque vs. Muhammad 2. Let’s take a look at the main card.

Vicente Luque vs. Belal Muhammad 2

A rematch nearly 6 years after the first fight will headline UFC Vegas 51 with Vicente Luque taking on Belal Muhammad. Luque is ranked #4 in the UFC’s Welterweight division while Muhammad is ranked #5. The first fight took place at UFC 205 in November of 2016. It resulted in Luque finishing Muhammad by 1st round knockout. The pair went from fighting on the first fight of the Fox Sports 1 prelims to main eventing a card on ESPN. Though Muhammad is unbeaten in his last 7 fights, only 23% are predicting him to defeat Luque. Nearly half of the Verdict Community are predicting the rematch to end how the first fight ended, with 45% predicting Luque to finish Muhammad by knockout. A win for either fighter will bring them closer to a title shot against Kamaru Usman who’s looking for fresh opponents to fight.
